1. About Latin Helpline
Latin Helpline is a telephone assistance service operated by Line Fast Services LLC, a
domestic limited liability company registered and in good standing in the State of New
Mexico, USA. We provide general administrative and informational guidance to individuals in the United States. Our trained bilingual agents help callers understand how to complete official or online procedures.
Latin Helpline is not a law firm.
We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or prepare or file documents on behalf of users.
2. Nature of the Service
Our service is strictly informational.
Agents may explain procedures, online forms, and how to contact public or private entities, but all actions are performed by the caller personally.
If a user’s case requires specific legal or professional advice, the agent may refer the caller to a licensed attorney or a qualified external provider.
3. How the Service Works
a. When a caller dials Latin Helpline, an automated message explains the nature of the service and payment process.
b. During this introduction, an SMS with a secure Stripe payment link is automatically sent to the user’s phone.
c. The caller reviews the rate and completes the payment online.
d. Once Stripe confirms the payment, the call automatically connects to a live bilingual agent.
e. The user pays only for the time used during the live portion of the call.
4. Rates, Payments, and Refunds
● The service rate is $20 USD per call.
● Billing begins once the user is connected to a live agent and ends when the call is terminated.
● Payments are securely processed through Stripe, Inc. Latin Helpline does not store or collect credit-card data.
● If a payment is completed but the call fails to connect due to a verified technical issue, the user may request a refund by emailing reclaims@latinhelpline.com within 7 days of the transaction
● Refunds will not be issued once a live call has begun, except in the event of a proven system failure on our side.
5. User Responsibilities
Users must:
● Provide accurate and truthful information during the call.
● Use the service only for appropriate and legitimate informational purposes.
● Not request or expect agents to act on their behalf, impersonate them, or complete submissions.
Latin Helpline provides general information only and cannot complete administrative actions,
legal filings, or official representations on behalf of users.Improper use of the service may result in immediate termination of the call and refusal of
future access.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Latin Helpline provides information “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or any outcome.
Neither Line Fast Services LLC nor its employees shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use—or inability to use—the service.
7. Call Recording and Monitoring
Calls may be recorded or monitored for training, quality control, and compliance purposes. By using the service, the caller consents to such recording in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, text, audio recordings, and content associated with Latin Helpline are the property of Line Fast Services LLC and may not be reproduced or reused without written consent.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of New Mexico.
