Service Fees

Latin Helpline offers pay-per-minute telephone assistance at a rate of $20 USD per call.

Payment is required in advance and processed securely via Stripe, Inc.

Time is billed from the moment you are connected to a live agent until the end of the call.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be issued in the following case:

● You completed payment, but the call did not successfully connect to a live agent due to a verified technical issue on our side.

In such cases, please send a written request to reclaims@latinhelpline.com within 7 days of the transaction.

Requests received after this period will not be eligible for review.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

● The call was successfully connected to a live agent.

● You ended the call voluntarily.

● You were dissatisfied with information provided, as the service is purely informational.

● The issue was caused by your network, device, or payment provider.Once a live call begins, the service is considered rendered and fulfilled.

Processing of Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.


Cancellation

Because calls are billed per minute and paid in advance, cancellation is not applicable once the payment is completed. If you do not complete payment, no charges apply
